Job requirements:
- Own computer, telephone, internet access, home-office and vehicle.
- 2 years experience as a recruiter within a recruitment agency or 3 years’ intensive experience in external sales
- Have the ambition and motivation to succeed and the desire to run your own business.
Job responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new client relations and selling Intelligent Placement comprehensive services to them.
- Sales and business generation activity.
- Actively develop knowledge of the market in order to generate business and business pipeline, through cold calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation.
- Write and place professional job advertisements to attract candidates.
- Use Marketing tools to generate business and source candidates.
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency area.
- Match and deliver candidates to relevant job vacancies.
- Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure they at all times receive the best. service and to maximize business opportunity.
- Manage recruitment process from start to finish with both client and candidate.
- Deal with client/candidate queries efficiently.
We empower our consultants to run their own recruitment business with help and support from Head Office. We also provide training and assistance throughout your recruitment process.
