About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Lumenii. The purpose of this role is to manage the recruitment services for clients and to identify and convert business opportunities for Lumeniis recruitment offering.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
- Actively source and screen candidates for identified roles
- Utilise social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to attract candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including assessing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and job offer negotiations.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment stakeholders and hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs.
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by providing market insights and advising on recruitment strategies.
- Sales-Driven Recruitment
- Identify and act on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell recruitment services or additional offerings to potential and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Proactively network with industry professionals to build strong relationships and increase the candidate pool.
- Build a strong pipeline of recruitment opportunities with new and existing clients using a variety of marketing strategies including but not limited to digital marketing, networking, mining existing clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor practices.
- Provide market intelligence reports to hiring managers to aid in the recruitment process.
- At least 3 years experience in a recruitment role.
- Customer relationship management experience.
- Proficiency in conducting needs analysis and compiling service proposals.
- Advanced skills in utilising a CRM and business relevant social media.
- Proficiency in excel, word, ppt.
- Previous work experience in an assessment environment.
- Knowledge of a range of I/O assessments and their applications.
- Knowledge and some experience in talent management.
