Responsibilities
- Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates for diverse job openings across our global clientele
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and prestigious clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our state-of-the-art database
- Conduct thorough reference checks and meticulous background screenings as required
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Adapt to changing priorities with ease and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Contribute positively to a high-performing team environment, fuelling our collective success
- High school diploma (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Own PC (computer) and stable Wi-fi connection
- Strong people and admin skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effortlessly and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technologically savvy
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a proactive approach to work, demonstrating unwavering commitment
