Responsibilities:
- Formulating, crafting, and revising procurement strategies and plans for the project(s).
- Verifying cost estimates for all projects.
- Monitoring the budget and generating comprehensive reports.
- Instigating, coordinating and leading financial and procurement orientated meetings with clients and teams on projects.
Relevant qualification.Proficiency in cost estimation, budget management, and financial analysis within the construction industry.
Exceptional communication skills to lead meetings, collaborate effectively, and present complex information clearly.
Commercial leadership experience.
Extensive senior exposure to construction and engineering projects.
Strategic cost management and planning within a program / framework of works.
5+ years of Quantity Surveyor experience.
Relationship management, both internally and externally.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
