Senior Technician

Our Client In Pretoria Dealing With Air And Pneumatic Tools, Requires The Services Of a Senior Semi Skilled Team Leader / Technician. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Fulfill The Following Functions

• Complete Dialy Administration
• Be able to complete performance reviews
• Establish where more training or upskilling is required for staff members.
• Manage all Junior Technicians
• Must be motivated
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations
• Ensure company targets are met in respect of the quality of parts produced
• Ensure a safe working environment exists for self and colleagues, ensuring all health, safety environmental, and quality management procedures are followed and achieve the companys and departmental KPI targets
• Write reports and present progress at project meetings

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Technician
• A clear understanding of Electrical and mechanical components
• At least 4 years experience
• Able to manage a team
• Great with administration
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record
