Managing effective Customer order fulfillment for the designated region. Management of the logistics processes for Finished
Goods for the region, inbound to the warehouse and outbound distribution to the customer, i.e. all processes relevant to the
movement of Finished Goods from the source factory, though to delivery to the customer Proof of Del Managing subsidiary
Logistics financial performance, quality, EOHS, people and organization development. As the primary CS&L leader for the site,
the Regional Logistics Manager also assumes a key role in developing mutually beneficial relationships with 3rd party logistics
providers, regulatory agencies, the local community, and developing collaborative partnerships with CP colleagues.
What You Will Do
- Effectively managing Warehousing, Distribution and order to invoice
- Developing collaborative partnerships with both CP colleagues and customers.
- The Regional Logistics Manager is accountable for effectively fulfilling customer requirements and is responsible for
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our Customers through the development and maintenance
- Accountable for the Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and working with the entire Supply Chain and Sales
measured by corporate and local KPI's.
- Executes a logistics network master plan, as well as organizational capabilities, necessary to support future business
- Accountable for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Logistics Operating Budget inclusive of all
- Lead efforts to optimize Transportation and Warehousing costs.
- Able to develop and maintain logistics best practices that deliver superior customer service while meeting budget
- Communicate proactively with Customer Development Teams when supply execution issues are experienced to
- Supports management of SLOB: early identification of SKUs at risk, Aging stock, tracking and analysis, follow up on
- Issues appropriate corporate communications regarding Situation Alerts, EOHS incidents.
- Manages the outsourcing and on going relationships with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers Warehousing,
- Acts as a functional resource, providing support on task forces, acquisition studies, and major project support.
- Empowers subordinates by way of training, information sharing, coaching, feedback, appraisals, and delegation, to
management.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain
- At least 5 years Logistics experience
- Managing people/Coaching and Development
- SAP/BI/APO Experience
- Proven/Excellent communication skills(internal and external, all levels)
