Business Development
- Ensure all sales and marketing targets are met or exceeded.
- Cultivate existing key accounts and build new relationships with potential customers/clients.
- Identify and create effective revenue-generating environments.
- Identify and implement business development opportunities.
- Anticipate future sales and marketing challenges and initiate appropriate actions to respond rapidly.
- Compile compelling sales presentations for management.
- Establish innovative and effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with the business strategy.
- Identify annual strategic priorities and measurable quarterly objectives.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Senior Management team to set annual revenue targets.
- Ensure accurate project cost calculations and approvals.
- Inform the Director of Operations of any decisions affecting product profitability.
- Implement effective reporting and measurement systems to support the sales strategy.
- Gather and disseminate relevant competitor intelligence.
- Provide the Senior Management team with innovative and compelling sales and marketing analysis.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Report sales results and provide relevant feedback to the Senior Management team.
- Manage expenses responsibly.
- Evaluate projects from a profitability perspective.
- Participate in senior management meetings and functions.
- Ensure operational efficiency of products from a sales perspective.

- Manage direct reporting employees, including the FieldNet Sales Coordinator, Territory Manager (Domestic), Application & Field Service Manager, Sales Manager (After Market), Customer Service and Marketing Manager, and Territory Manager (Export).
