Job vacancy for a regional sales manager in East London.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing dealer network
- Achieving sales targets, promoting new and existing products
- Maintaining and improving customer relations
- Implementing marketing initiatives, exploiting new opportunities
- Improve service levels of dealers with merchandising
- Increase exposure by adding new lines to the product range
- Reporting to Head Office on a weekly basis
- Exploiting new opportunities
- Maximise sales potential
Job requirements:
- Grade 12
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position with specific personal sales experience.
- Agricultural industry related sales experience; good product knowledge of hardware, irrigation, outdoor and general merchandise
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Exceptional selling skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Task orientated and deadline driven
- Own vehicle is essential
