Responsibilities
- Develops and implements regional sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Establishes sales quotas and targets for the region.
- Monitors sales performance and provides regular performance feedback to sales teams.
- Coaches and mentors sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Recruits, hires, and develops a high-performing sales team.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers in the region.
- Identifies new business opportunities and expands customer base.
- Resolves customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Managing sales budgets and expenses.
- Closing deals and resolving customer issues.
- Inspiring and motivating sales teams, setting clear goals, and providing guidance.
- Ability to sell related products such as finished soaps and palm oil, with a primary focus on soap noodles.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in India
- Strong understanding of the soap noodles industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
- Proven track record in international sales, specifically across Africa.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
