Job requirements:
- Experience selling to the hospitality industry as well as had sales representatives reporting to them.
- You will be required to utilize your sales management expertise and ensure that sales targets are met, sales representatives are monitored, motivated and trained and that the bottom line is increased tenfold as well as increase new business development.
- The successful candidate must have had experience within the hospitality industry calling on hotels, restaurants and food and beverage outlets.
- A keen interest in the preparation of food and selling to the above mentioned outlets coupled with a solid sales management background will secure.
