Registrations consultant needed

A company based in the West Rand of Johannesburg (Clearwater Mall) seeks to hire a consultant to fill the position of registrations consultant and administrator.

1. Registrations consultant

  • Quoting and invoicing clients
  • General business development activities relating to the business
  • Assisting walk-in clients
  • Attending to client inquiries over the phone
  • Responding to inquiries and queries over mail, email, live chat, social media and all sources
  • Registering clients for various services i.e
  • Company registrations
  • BEE Certificates
  • VAT Registration
  • Company Amendments
  • Government Database Registration
  • CIDB Registration
  • Tax Clearance Certification
  • Income Tax Number
  • Business Plans
  • Providing sound business advice to clients

2. Office administrator

  • Performance of administrative tasks within the office as needed including those related to marketing activities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with Social Media
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-facing skills
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Good administrative skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Able to demonstrate a general understanding of the commercial world
  • The ability to work accurately,with attention to detail

Job requirements:

  • At least 1 years's relevant working experience
  • Diploma/Degree tertiary qualification within preferably the following fields of study:
  • BCom
  • Btech in a commerce field
  • LLB
  • A degree with strong Commerce emphasis
  • NDip with a commerce specialisation and strong work experience
  • A driver's licence and/or own car is a considerable advantage
  • Note that candidates who don't have a South African ID or a valid work permit( not study permit) will not be considered
  • All CVs submitted must be accompanied by a South African ID or a Foreign passport (accompanied by a valid work permit)

REMUNERATION: R4500 pm to R9000 pm depending on experience, education and skill demonstrated by the candidate
