Job Description

One of the largest environmental consulting firms in Africa is hiring a Rehabilitation Specialist for their office in Johannesburg.

Compilation of rehabilitation plans, rehabilitation monitoring and audits.

Assist with costings for financial provision.

Understanding and applying different techniques that can be used for rehabilitation.

Understanding of practical methods of rehabilitation that are both feasible and cost affective;

Identification of potential shortcomings related to existing sites that have been rehabilitated and how to address these shortcomings;

Identifying monitoring protocols that can be implemented post rehabilitation to monitor the success of rehabilitation.

Networking and growing strong relationships with clients and other partners in the market.

Identifying and tracking Rehabilitation and Land-Use Planning trends, best practices, frameworks and standards and communicating those relevant to internal and external stakeholders and using information to develop new services and client offering. Delivering multiple project tasks or components, including proposals.
