- Matric
- Relevant degree or diploma
- At least 5 years Employee Benefit
- 1 year experience in minute taking and agenda preparation
- Fund Administration experience is advantageous
- Assist with first line queries from client and internal stakeholders ensuring that they are resolved or escalated timeously.
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring effective service delivery to consultant and client.
- Develop and maintain a customer service feedback process, ensure its implementation, and adjust service delivery policy and practices as required.
- Maintain a consistent service delivery to consultants' team that will result in client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist with and follow up on action items from client meetings ensuring the timelines and required outcome as agreed with the client are clearly stated.
- Preparation of agendas, board packs, minutes and file notes for client meetings ensuring quality, accurate and timeous reporting where required.
- Provide documentation to Legal Department for submission to the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) and follow up regularly to ensure timeous finalization.
- Ensure maintenance of relevant databases (share drive) and records for the team, for ease of reference and retrieval of data (save documents).
- Maintain a S14 register and assist with the monitoring of all section 14s applications, ensuring that the process followed is in line with legislation.
- Update Fund year plan and meeting schedule for area of responsibility.
- Maintain a register of all Pension Fund Adjudicator (PFA) complaints, ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
- Maintain a log of all customer complaints and how they have been addressed for trend and age analysis.
- Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge.
