ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure 100% of sales target is achieved each month
- Identify new business opportunities
- Present tailored, benefit-driven solutions
- Pitch effectively across multiple decision makers
- Use customer-centric, well-written and tailored communication
- Meet expected KPI’s for activity levels, call rates and meeting held
- Follow the sales strategy and plan as outlined by the RSM
- Action incoming leads as allocated and ensure immediate contact with prospect/customers
- Promote and sell the most appropriate solution and do a proper needs analysis is done first
- Ensure high quality reports are submitted to Line Manager as per agreed deadlines
- Limit financial loss by ensuring accurate contractual and supporting documents are in place, checking documents and submission in order to open new accounts.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is in place and saved on CRM
- Ensure payments are made on new deals within 60 days, following up with both clients and debtors
- Liaise with all necessary parties to ensure a smooth and successful on-boarding.
- Provide sales forecast which supports stock forecast to manager on a weekly/monthly basis
- Update pipeline and prospecting reports - weekly feedback to line manager
- Present relevant company products to prospective and current customers
- Attain new clients and grow our network of buyers
- Grow Services Revenue by ensuring hardware sales includes Services Contracts and upselling
- Value Added Products
- Increase customer base within the region with specific focus on Fleet and SMB markets
- Obtain sufficient knowledge of all competitor products and pricing to be able to efficiently market and sell company products and services
- Continually develop skills and ensure advanced knowledge of all Products
- Ensure advanced knowledge of pricing structures for all products/Services and generate quotations on the system including order processing to Sales Secretaries
