Role Description
As a Stakeholder Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization and foster relationships with stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of healthcare in South Africa by identifying avenues for continuous improvement and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain communication with the company's members, funders, sponsors, government entities, and the public.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment and make strategic decisions.
- Exhibit keen attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Contribute to marketing, brand development, and public relations efforts.
- Collaborate in managing interactions between the company and international congress organizers with a small, dynamic team.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills while coordinating service providers for marketing and communication services.
- Display a genuine interest in people, coupled with outstanding presentation and networking skills.
- Cultivate curiosity and identify growth opportunities to help the company achieve it's objectives.
- Inspire, energize, and unite the cardiovascular community served by the company.
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized university.
- Qualification or a minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or marketing.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, whether in pharmaceuticals, medicine, or related fields.
- Exposure to fundraising initiatives.
- Understanding of and interest in healthcare environments, with the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers, industry stakeholders, and the public.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and social media platforms, with a willingness to learn new applications as needed.
The annual total cost to the company ranges from R540, 000 to R780, 000, depending on experience and skill level.
