Who You Are
We are looking for passion over proof-points. Whilst skills and experience matter, were more
interested in you as an individual - how you think, your drive, your energy and your ambition.
We believe that if you have the right mindset, the rest will follow.
As a start-up you will be joining a relatively small team working directly with our founder, sup-
ported by Marketing, PR, Digital, Creative and Operations. The opportunity for personal devel-
opment and growth is as tall as youd like to make it. Starting in the UK we will be a global
multi-brand and products organisation within two years.
Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS OUR RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNITY MANAGER
Our community is our entire Aequil universe. This encompasses all that we touch through our
multiple entities including: The Roscop Practice, Aequil Living and Be Aequil. We are here in
service of the people and the world and this role will act as the beating heart of our brand.
Your role will include:
- Management of content calendar and posting content across social and digital channels
- Daily communication and responding to community and customer questions
- Management and updates of FAQs to support community and customer questions
- Listening to, understanding, managing and growing our communities
- Regular reporting on community growth, learnings and requirements
- Understanding our market categories and spotting opportunities for development and growth
- Supporting the development and growth of our products and brands
- Supporting relationships with associations
- Supporting work with influencers & media
- Supporting affiliates programme
- Supporting referral programme
- Supporting colleagues and agencies across the business to drive growth
- A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for health, wellbeing and making the planet
- Digital native
- A creative and strategic thinker
- Confidence in having a go, learning and building better
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- High EI with ability to build strong relationships
