Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling and Outreach: Conduct cold calls to engage company owners and CEOs, with the objective of setting up meetings for our firm's investment team. Your ability to articulate their value proposition and engage potential leads at a high level is crucial.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and manage cold calling and email outreach campaigns, ensuring they align with their strategic goals and adhere to their brands standards.
- Research and List Generation: Utilize databases such as Apollo.io and other research tools to create targeted lists of companies within specific industries. Your proprietary research skills will be essential in identifying high-potential prospects.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Manage and execute outreach strategies through LinkedIn, connecting and communicating with potential leads to foster interest and set up formal engagements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a detailed pipeline of the prospective companies contacted through their outreach efforts. Regularly update and report on the pipeline status to ensure visibility and track progress towards their business development goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of effectively engaging with senior-level executives.
- Experience managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously using CRM-like tools.
- Proficient in using business databases like Apollo.io for research and lead generation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a comprehensive pipeline of prospects.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, results-driven work environment.
- Must be available to work from 4pm - 12am week days, as calling into the US market
- Must have back up to work during load shedding
- Must have reliable and fast internet.
