Company Overview: We specialize in the manufacture and sale of lighting equipment, serving construction and installation companies primarily in North America. We are currently looking to expand our reach and are seeking remote sales personnel to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to assigned leads and regions.
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce our product offerings and services.
- Collaborate with senior supervisors for sales support and product consultations.
- Opportunity to involve senior management in complex deals (this may affect commission structure). Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
