Remuneration Consultant
Education and Experience:
- Minimum University Human Resources / Industrial Psychology degree, up to Master’s Degree advantageous.
- Statistical / financial qualification is also beneficial.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience - previous consulting experience is highly advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of Total Rewards.
- Good understanding of Base/Guaranteed Pay Management.
- Must be proficient in Excel (essential) and Word.
- Must have good analytical and technical writing skills.
- Good client communication skills, presentable and good work ethics.
As a Remuneration Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct Desktop Job Evaluation, mostly Paterson Grading System.
- Must be able to assist in Job Profile interviews and drafting of Job Descriptions.
- Must be able to conduct a Job Matching exercise and analyse market data from Salary Surveys.
- Must be able to conduct effective research.
- Must be able to draft proposals.
- Must be able to populate and prepare excel databases at an intermediate level.
- Must be able to conduct statistical calculations at an intermediate level.
- Achieve the daily plan outputs according to the customer quality criteria.
