The Returns & Repairs Department Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient and effective management of the returns and repairs department. The Returns & Repairs Department Manager reports to the Procurement Manager
Job Description
The basic duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure the daily operations within the department.
- Manage, direct and monitor the performance of the returns and technical team.
- Maintain and improve the returns process to produce smooth and efficient system and delivery solutions.
- Effective liaison, support and assistance to various departments.
- Reporting on a monthly basis or as otherwise required.
- Manage overall inventory of return stock/stock control.
- Ensure all call out forms are completed correctly and keep a detailed record.
- Assist the technical team with technical reports and customer service.
- Adhere to SLAs.
- Training and mentoring of staff.
- Customer queries, meetings etc. as and when required.
- General duties and ad hoc tasks, projects and requests when required
