What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth talent mapping for mid to senior tech roles across global markets, identifying top candidates for niche positions.
- Build detailed talent maps using Excel, documenting key data points to provide comprehensive insights into the talent pool.
- Compile thorough reports on candidate profiles, providing detailed insights into their background, skills, and experience for use by the recruitment team.
- Support on market mapping projects, identifying key talent within specific industries or geographies to assist with mid to senior tech recruitment.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to ensure research aligns with the requirements of mid to executive-level tech roles for both our global embedded client and additional projects.
- 3+ years of experience in a research and talent mapping role, ideally within an executive search firm.
- Proven ability to build detailed talent maps for mid to senior-level tech roles, with strong proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, capable of producing comprehensive candidate reports that provide in-depth insights.
- Experience supporting recruitment for global, mid to senior-level tech roles, with familiarity in sourcing niche talent.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple research projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
