Masters degree or PhD will be advantageous coupled with in depth SETA
At least 4 to 6 years working experience of which 4 years must have been as a Researcher.
Ability to conduct interviews and focus groups.
Strategic management.
Knowledge of Legislation regulating the SETA environment.
Relationship management.
Financial acumen, including the management and analysis of budgets.
Computer skills (MS Office)
Dynamic leadership and ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
