Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Processing guest bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Providing exceptional, personalized service to guests during the reservation process, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and questions.
- Managing modifications and cancellations requested by guests, such as changing arrival or departure dates, room types, and other booking details.
- Ensure all quotations are followed up on a regular basis in order to ensure maximum revenue.
What You Bring:
- Previous Reservations experience, within a Safari environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and mannerisms required.
