Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Public Relations and Marketing / Business Management
- 5 Years Experience in managerial level of which 3 years must have been in Property management, marketing, communications, public relations, stakeholder relations.
- Proven relationships with Bursary Management companies and large Student Corporate sponsors.
- Proven relationships with universities, in particular the Financial Aid, Admissions and Student Residential departments.
- Professional team player
- Intelligent self-starter who can work autonomously.

- Expand the current business relationships and increasing the value of the current customer base while attracting new Management Companies and large Corporates.
- Build a strong relationship with the relevant Departments at Universities with the intention that the Fund becomes the preferred supplier for non-Campus accommodation.
- Develop an in depth understanding of the part-time or block release courses offered by different universities and the cycles of when students are on or off Campus.
- Collaborate with Property Management to conclude deals with Bursary Management companies and large Corporate Sponsors.
- Report monthly on progress and deals concluded.
- Research organizations and find new opportunities.
- Contact Property Management to create quotes and proposals to Bursary Management companies and large Corporates.
- Maintain current Client relationships and identifying areas of potential clients.
- Strong understanding of Company products or services as well as Business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Communicate with Property Management and keep them abreast of latest developments and include in meetings.
- Build a client base.
- Seek out the correct contract in an organization base.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customer base.
