What You'll Be Doing

Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with the technicians and the rest of the team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring new calls/tickets on Snow.
  • Assigning calls/tickets to relevant individuals
  • Monitoring calls to make sure they do not breach SLA time.
  • Review sleep tickets daily and make sure they comply with sleep rules.
  • Check log diary for feedback and follow-up if no feedback is given.
  • Follow-up with technicians to make sure all tickets are updated.
  • Weekly reporting to client(s)
  • Weekly meetings with management
  • Manage all tickets and issues that have occurred (if any).
  • Ensure ALL new users receive all IT requirements (phones, laptops) In line with the Logistics Coordinator and the First-day-ready process
  • Filing documents, tracking orders, liaising and working with clients and suppliers, and entering data into relevant software systems
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and systems.
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
  • Excellent time management skills and problem-solving orientation
  • Display an advanced level of client orientation
  • Organization, and planning; effective and efficient communication skills
  • Solid attention to detail
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Administrative degree/diploma or any other certification in a relevant field (Highly advantageous)
Experience required:
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment
