We are looking for a someone to manage a sushi and Chinese food takeaway & sit down restaurant, this person should be experienced and looking to grow with the business.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric with at least 1-2 years of management experience.
- Degree or diploma in business or restaurant management with at least 1 year of management experience.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Ordering, control and payment of stock.
- Managing staff, ensuring cleaning, prep and orders and done properly and in a timely, efficient manner.
- Cash up and handling of money.
- Documenting sales and payments.
- Dealing with customers, taking orders and handling complaints.
- Maintaining a good working environment for staff, a welcoming environment for customers and maintaining customer and staff relations.
- Quality control and time management.
- Holding biweekly staff meetings.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and presentable environment.
