Restaurant Administrator-Midrand

Position available for a Restaurant Manager to fill an administrative position available with a Restaurant / Venue in the Midrand area. Looking for applicants with 3+years management experience in the hospitality industry. Must be computer literate, good with filing, very organized and able to work under pressure. Must have ability to capture data, answer calls and process invoices / cash ups. The successful candidate will also be expected to work some shifts as a front of house manager. Good communication and customer relations skills essential. Must be ambitious and hardworking. Six day work week including evening shifts and weekends, off day will be a week day.
