- Assistance in the kitchen
- Assistance with front of house
- Stock control
- Menu planning
- Cost control
- Cash ups
- Opening/closing the establishment
Job requirements:
- Strong personality with hospitality experience
- Management experience is a MUST
- Own vehicle and license
- Reside in Knysna
- Ability to work long hours and shifts
- Admin skills
- Cooking skills
