Restaurant & Banqueting Supervisor required for Hotel in Centurion. Main duties will include the supervision of functions, conferencing and the Restaurant. Looking for candidates with 3+ years relevant Restaurant or Hospitality management experience. Applicant must be well spoken, hardworking and able to work under pressure. Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and will not be afraid to get their hands dirty. Must be willing to learn. Formal hospitality qualification will be beneficial.
