A vacancy is available at Anna’s Kitchen in the Restaurant as a Floor Manager. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager.
JOB PURPOSE:
• Planning, organizing and evaluating of all food and beverage outlets
• Booking and follow-up of functions in Anna’s. Answering to all customer queries, questions and requests
• Meeting, greeting and seating customers
• Responsible for the smooth running of the Food & Beverage Department and the cost effective planning and operations of Anna’s Kitchen
• Responsible for profitability of Anna’s Kitchen
• Responsible for training, motivating and developing staff
• Daily/weekly and monthly reporting
• Cash-ups and Variances
• Adhere to SOP’s
Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• Relevant qualification in hospitality will be an advantage
• Administrative and leadership skills
• Good business acumen
• SOP system knowledge
• Exceptional customer service
• Working knowledge of Excel and word
• Minimum 1 year experience as a floor manager within the restaurant industry will be an advantage
• Well-spoken and well-presented individual
• Willing to work shifts
• Must have own transport
