Restaurant Group head office in Jhb is looking for a Food & Beverage / Kitchen Trainer. Main responsibility will be going from store to store and working in the kitchens with the staff, check recipes, check assembly of meals & monitor service levels. Must have experience in training staff / menu planning & costing / general kitchen management / recipe creation / different cooking techniques. Will be responsible for monitoring & maintaining food quality standards throughout the group. Will only consider candidates with food & beverage training experience preferably in a franchise Restaurant environment. Strong communications and administrative skills essential. Must have own car.
