Restaurant Head Chef-Menlyn

Head Chef needed for new upmarket Restaurant in Menlyn. Looking for individuals with 7+ years senior chef experience. Experience in a Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for all kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in all types of food delivery essential. Very high paced and busy environment. Strong analytical skills needed. Looking for someone who is up to date with modern cuisine. Must be able to start immediately.
