Head Chef needed for upmarket Restaurant in Sandton. Looking for individuals with 8+ years senior chef experience. Experience in a Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management.
