We require a Front of House Manager
Suitable candidate must have 3-5 yrs Front of House Management experience
- The management and development of all Food and Beverage team members through motivation, training and performance appraisals.
- Implementing and controlling systems, policies and procedures.
- Rostering of staff in outlets according to anticipated volumes.
- Compilation of monthly attendance records for payroll, monitoring and control of annual leave/sick leave/timekeeping etc.
- Monthly stock-takes of all areas, and control of all operating equipment.
- Stock control and monitoring of daily/monthly variances.
- Maintaining and monitoring of Food and Beverage cost controls.
- Simultaneous control of food and service standards throughout venues.
- Monitoring of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Weekly reports of maintenance requirements.
- Supervision and training of staff Implementation, when necessary, of Staff counseling, Disciplinary Actions and the chairing of Disciplinary Hearings.
- General Guest relations, the prompt dealing with guest requests and comments, meeting or exceeding the expectations of a wealthy and discerning international clientele.
- Must have own transport and valid drivers license Matric SA Citizens only
