Restaurant General Manager Wanted

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, hygiene, safety, and inventory
- Managing the staff, including hiring, training, coaching, motivating, and evaluating their performance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any operational issues that arise.
- Maintaining quality standards, following recipes, and adhering to policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing systems, processes, and strategies to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the restaurant
- Increasing sales, generating revenue, and controlling costs and expenses.
- Reporting directly to the CEO and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
To be qualified for this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably as a manager or supervisor
- A relevant qualification in hospitality, business, or management, or equivalent
- A valid food handler’s certificate and a clean criminal record
- A thorough knowledge of the restaurant business, including food and beverage, service, marketing, and finance
- A strong ability to lead, communicate, problem-solve, and make decisions.
- A serious, calculated, systematic, and assertive personality that can handle pressure, challenges, and changes.
- A passion for food, service, business development and customer satisfaction
