Senior Manager
Coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working as a team. recruit, train, manage and motivate staff. respond to customer queries and complaints. meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices.
Assistant General Manager
Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally. Conduct payroll activities accurately and timely. Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations. Place orders for ingredients, utensils and equipment as stock is depleted or damaged etc.
Front-of-House Manager
Supervise and co-ordinate the entire front of house team, ensuring the customer receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly. May also be involved in recruiting staff and carrying out administrative tasks. The face of the company.
