Restaurant manager required for established upmarket Restaurant in Bedfordview. Candidates must be hardworking and have 5+ year restaurant management experience. Strong staff management & training skills a must. Looking for an individual with good customer relations and general floor management abilities. Must have front of house and general kitchen management experience. Main duties will include stock control, opening and closing procedures.
