Restaurant manager required for busy fine-dining Restaurant in Brooklyn. Looking for someone who is well spoken and has 4+ years all-round Restaurant management experience. Strong customer relations skills required. Applicants must be proficient in Restaurant administration and able to complete cash-ups, stock sheets and shop reports. Must have good front of house staff management and training skills.  Will only consider individuals who are hardworking and passionate about their career.
