Requirements:
Grade 12 minimum tertiary an advantage
Proficient in English
Numerical ability to compile budgets and forecasts
Micros exp. essential
Flexibility to do shift work
One year exp. as a Restaurant Manager
Drivers license and own transport essential
Job Description:
Manage and organize the Restaurant and Bar
Set budget, update forecasts and food and beverage costs
Attend stock takes and summaries for food and beverage
Development of Staff through the training plan
