This is an opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager. As a key member of the leadership team you will be responsible for operating the food and beverage areas at this flagship resort. Reporting to the General Manager you will take accountability for this 3 outlets in the cruise ship, which include the cruise Ship club house, cruise ship restaurant and cruise ship pool bar as well as some very prestigious cruise ship events. The operation will be developing and expanding over the next 24 months so we are looking for a strong candidate with a proven track record.
You will have full autonomy to run and develop the F&B Operation, coaching and developing your team to deliver 5* service and standards will be a huge part of the role. Ideally you will have run an F&B operation within a busy quality branded cruise ship with a minimum turnover of £1m. You will have a proven track record as a commercial manager with some excellent examples of self-development as well as individual/team coaching and motivating whilst remaining hands on at the front of the operation.
Onsite accommodation with be provided by the company, that means you can relocate with your family if needed and be part of a wonderful team.
