Franchise Restaurant in Menlyn area is looking for an Operator. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant franchise systems/controls essential. Spur/Rocomamas training would be beneficial. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and energetic. Looking for long term commitment. Will report directly to the owner.
