Established Restaurant in the Rosebank is looking for a stock controller. Candidates must have 5+ years relevant experience in a Restaurant environment. Main duties will include front and back of house stock control, food costing and stock rotation. Knowledge of fresh food and meat management essential. Must have strong administration and analytical abilities. Will consider candidates with good references. Ideal for a chef or kitchen manager with good stock management knowledge.
