We are looking for retail and e-Commerce manager.
Key performace areas:
- Directly supervise, manage and coordinate activities of retail store assistants and supervisors.
- Ensure that all online orders are processed accordingly, with no stock losses.
- Ensure relationships with customers and employees are maintained
- Growth into new areas (opening of stores) and products
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer service levels are kept at agreed levels.
- Resolve all queries the same day
- Appointments with Business units/clients
- Assisting clients with online e-commerce
People Management:
- Compilation and maintenance of leave roster (Each employee must take leave annually).
- Fair and equitable treatment of all staff, Ensure proper handover of retail store to new employees where applicable.
- Monthly employee performance evaluation
- Ensure that attendance registers are checked and signed
- Followed resignation and appointment procedure, Performance Management of all staff under your management, attending co-corrective action and grievance procedures, ensure that all new employees undergo induction, Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colours, and quantities of merchandise.
- Keep records of out-going orders. Conduct retail activities online i.e buying products, managing inventory, implementing marketing activities, fulfilling online orders, Correspond with online customers via electronic mail, telephone, or other electronic messaging to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods.

Qualifications
- Matric Essential
- Minimum – Degree/Diploma in Business Management.
Experience:
- 4 years experience in Retail
- Computer Literacy essential – Microsoft Office
- Full Knowledge of SYSPRO
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
