Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Retail Management/ Business Management
- 3 5 years of Retail experience
- Store process and other process improvement and implementation
- Project Management
- Dealing with IR matters
- Workforce scheduling, Health and Safety at store level
- Compliance audits
- People management & IR
