Job requirements:
- Working as a key member of the team who can bring out the best in others; delivering a great customer service across the store, interacting with your customers and ensuring your shop is set for success.
- At times you'll be the duty manager and you'll be great at managing lots of tasks, whether it's serving customers at a checkout, working a delivery or baking off bread.
- Our stores are successful when we all work together as one team to deliver a great experience for our customers.
- To be successful you'll have experienced working in retail or service led environment with a degree of responsibility.
- Experience of managing a team is desirable but not essential.
