Retail Leasing Manager

Established Property business seeks energetic, ambitious and hands-on Retail Leasing Manager. If you know everything about SA Retail and leasing, our client is looking for you!!

The right candidate will have a strategic and working knowledge of tenant mix, have a proven track record in sourcing new tenants both on and off plan, as well as end to end leasing, negotiation and renewals. Whilst you will have an admin support team, the overall responsibility for the leasing falls under your care and given the scope, number and nature of tenants, attention to detail is critical.

Understanding trade densities, measuring tenant performance and turnover calculations will not only be second nature to you, but it will also form the backbone of a successful leasing strategy. Presentations to clients, weekly/monthly reporting will be second nature, and you will be comfortable to negotiate with senior Decision Makers from both Retail and Commercial environments.

B.Degree or similar Related Qualification

7+ Years working in a dynamic, High LSM Retail Leasing environment.

Proven track record in successful deal negotiation with leading national & independent SA retailers.

Knowledge and experience in MDA software along with strong business acumen and attention to detail is essential.
