Key Responsibilities: _ Ensure that customer service levels are kept at agreed levels. _ Resolve all queries the same day _ Appointments with Business units/clients People Management: _ Compilation and maintenance of leave roster (Each employee must take leave annually). _ Fair and equitable treatment of all staff. _ Ensure proper handover of retail store to new employees where applicable. _ Monthly employee performance evaluation. _ Ensure that attendance registers are checked and signed _ Followed resignation and appointment procedure _ Performance Management of all staff under your management _ Attending co-corrective action and grievance procedures. _ Ensure that all new employees undergo induction Operations Management: _ Complete order receipts. _ Read orders to ascertain catalogue numbers, sizes, colours, and quantities of merchandise. _ Keep records of out-going orders. _ Conduct retail activities online i.e buying products, managing inventory, implementing marketing activities, Matric Essential. b) Minimum – Degree/Diploma in Business Management Experience a) 4 years experience in Retail b) Computer Literacy essential – Microsoft Office. c) Full Knowledge of SYSPRO d) Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
