Role Purpose
Implement key marketing initiatives and strategy whilst building and maintaining relationships with key Retail stake holders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Deliver the Wholesale, Informal and Express stores business targets through different channel support and efficient month-end processes to ensure on time delivery, for all channels
Lead on the development and management of tactical prepaid volume drivers promotions and new device launch campaigns
Represent Wholesale, Informal and Express stores within Brand & Comms, ensuring there is input from these channels in key Brand& Comms campaign development
Take responsibility to provide regular performance feedback to individual retail marketing specialists, addressing quality of output, as well as issues such as absenteeism, level of participation
Budget management and handle general external (agency) and internal (SCM, finance etc) issues, which would fall within the Wholesale, Informal and Express store retail marketing area of responsibilities
Support and input on digital catalogue and operational in-store digital content requirements in Branded Channels
The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have
Matric
A 3-year bachelors degree or national diploma in marketing, advertising or related
10-15 Years Experience In Marketing/ Retail Environment (Essential)
Project management or Product management (advantage)
Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
Delivering Results through others - Stakeholder management
Detailed Planning and Organising
Cross functional team management including agency support and management
Presenting and Communicating Information
Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking
