We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Retail Service Desk Consultant to join our dynamic team. The main responsibility of the consultant will be to call customers with the purpose of either making an effective purchase offer or directing them to the store to open an account. The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Conflict Management: Proficient in handling and resolving customer conflicts and complaints effectively.
- Negotiation Skills (Objection Handling): Ability to negotiate and overcome objections raised by customers.
- Intermediate MS Office Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Skills on APT and Presence: Ability to utilize advanced software tools for effective customer interaction and data management.
- Assertiveness: Confidence in communicating with customers and colleagues in a professional and assertive manner.
- Probing Skills: Skillful in asking relevant questions to gather customer information and identify their needs.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Telephone Etiquette: Excellent telephone manners and etiquette while conversing with customers.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze customer data and identify potential opportunities.
- Written and Verbal Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial services products and offerings.
