Hourly staff for fashion store in the city center is needed.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure exemplary customer service for all.
- Achieve store sales goals and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Ensure that the customer is your primary focus.
- Increase the customer base by adding new customers through introductions, scheduled promotions, and fostering a positive store environment.
- Play an active role in the sales process.
- Work to make customers, not just sales, and learn to sell by satisfying customer needs.
- Ensure Loss Prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external shortage.
- Control non-selling operational tasks, including housekeeping, merchandising, transfers, and receiving .
- Adhere to the availability and scheduling needs of the business.
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
- Direct activities from visual merchandising, training department, marketing, and buying group to ensure that all directives are properly executed.
- To ensure that all store retail and staff administrative systems are complete, accurate, up-to-date and secure.
- Undertake other tasks/duties, including relief duties, as required.
- Analyze and differentiate between different clientele within the store.
- Familiarize self with current brands, customers and suppliers and how to integrate these and feedback to designers.
- Visit other stores to gain product knowledge, understand different markets and customers.
- Work week is Monday to Saturday
- Worktimes in Winter 10am to 5pm and Summer 9am to 6pm
- Salary 40 per hour
